I'm a big fan of clay and charcoal masks, but they can often be very drying, so I felt like I needed to add a quality, hydrating wash-off mask to my routine to prepare for the dry Fall weather. After loving Farmacy's Honeymoon Glow serum, I decided to pick up Farmacy's Honey Potion during their Labor Day sale and it's quickly become my go-to Fall mask.

The mask also contains propolis and royal jelly, which have anti-aging properties. B-vitamins to smooth dry skin. And glycerin to make your skin hydrated, supple, and smooth.
Using Honey Potion
The sticky honey-textured mask lathers into a rich cream and produces a warming sensation when applied. The first time I used it, I didn't realize it was supposed to warm up so I was somewhat alarmed - but don't fret! It's totally normal and after knowing what to expect, I really appreciate the warmth and I'll welcome it with open arms during particularly cold days. The warming sensation stayed pretty consistent during the 15 minutes that I let the mask sit, but it wasn't overwhelming.
After rinsing, my skin was baby-smooth and felt just slightly more hydrated. While I didn't notice any immediate effects besides soft skin, I've continued to use Honey Potion 3 times a week for the past 2.5 weeks, and I've noticed my face has been much clearer, slightly more glowy, and when I do have breakouts, this mask helps to reduce the redness.
Overall, I'm pleased with the luxurious feel of this mask and the effect it's had on my skin, especially when paired with Honeymoon Glow in my routine. It's a great hydrating wash-off mask to keep in my routine this fall as my skin starts to feel drier and I plan to continue using it three times a week.
