Your monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on a rolling basis, starting from the day you sign up.

To truly experience the benefits of consistent facials, our memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this initial period, your membership will switch to a month-to-month plan, allowing you the flexibility to cancel anytime with 14 days’ written notice sent to Hello@MoreTodaySkincare.com.

Absolutely! If you need a break or are heading on vacation, you can pause your membership for up to 2 months each year. Just contact us at least 2 weeks before your next billing cycle to arrange this.

We understand that life can get busy! If you miss your monthly facial, you have a couple of options:
Option 1: Roll Over Your Member Facial. Unused Member Facial Credits can be rolled over and used within 90 days from the date they are accrued (your billing date).
Option 2: Pay it Forward! You can gift your unused Member Facial Credits to a friend or family member, as long as they are redeemed within 90 days from the date they are accrued.

Yes! You can make changes to your membership after completing the initial 3-month commitment period.

Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards for membership payments. A valid credit or debit card is required for all recurring payments. However, gift cards can be used towards additional services, enhancements, and products.
