4 Eye Products To Make You Look Well-Rested (Even When You're Not)
I hope you love the products I recommend! Just so you know, I may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the brands or links on this page. All opinions stated reflect my true thoughts and experiences with these products.
Beauty sleep is called just that for a reason. Nothing beats a good night’s sleep to avoid tired-looking eyes, but sometimes life gets in the way. No judgments here! For me, lack of sleep often comes with the territory of blogging while also having a full-time day job. I’ve spent plenty of long nights working on a blog post, only to have to roll out of bed 4 hours later to make it to my office job. I’m a “fake it til you make it” kind of girl and I’m pretty good at functioning on only a few hours of sleep. You’d hardly notice I was tired except that my puffy eyes and dark circles give it away!
So yes, obviously the solution to looking well-rested is to get a full night’s sleep every night. But since we know this isn’t always realistic, here are a few products that can keep your eyes looking bright, smooth, and refreshed in the mornings.
VIIcode O2M Oxygen Eye Masks
I'm no stranger to eye masks and eye patches, but VIIcode's O2M Oxygen Eye Masks really stood out to me because they're the only ones I've encountered that you can keep on for up to 8 hours, which means you can wear them while you sleep! These masks contain skin-soothing ingredients like sodium hyaluronate (a salt form of hyaluronic acid), Vitamin E, and allantoin, which work together to keep your skin hydrated, supple, and smooth.
The masks were easy to apply. If you sleep on your back, you'll likely have no problem keeping these on all night. But if you're a side-sleeper like myself, I recommend throwing on a silk or satin eye mask to help them stay put. I was surprised to feel results the first time I tried these. Yes, feel.
Facial Rollers
Facial rollers are one of my favorite skincare tools for so many reasons, but one of the best benefits is its ability to boost blood circulation and reduce swelling. This makes it a perfect tool to target puffy eyes. Best of all, it can be used on top of eye creams, eye patches, and sheet masks!
To use your facial roller for your eyes, place it by the bridge of your nose and gently glide it over your under-eye area and up toward your temple. You can very gently roll over your eyelids as well. If you want some additional soothing and depuffing benefits, you can keep your facial roller in the fridge so that it's nice and cold before you use it. My favorite type of roller is an amethyst roller because purple is my favorite color, but there are so many different kinds from jade rollers to rose quartz rollers.

Milk Makeup Cooling Water
The best thing about Milk's Cooling Water is that it's not water at all! It's a solid gel formula with soothing ingredients like seawater, caffeine, and aloe. Milk's solid stick skincare products are definitely a new concept to me, but this is one of my favorites from the brand so far. I prefer to use it immediately after washing my face because I find that using it on damp skin helps it glide more easily and avoid any tugging on the delicate skin around my eyes. I'm left with a very slight cooling sensation when I use this and it does help to reduce puffiness in the mornings. Like with most eye products, I recommend keeping this one in the fridge to make it even more soothing.
Cooling Gel Eye Mask
Last but not least, this cooling gel eye mask is one of those products that looks kind of ridiculous but it's SO WORTH IT. Seriously, everyone needs to get their hands on this gloriously silly-looking glittery mask. I purchased mine from Sephora, but they've sold out since then. Luckily, you can still order an identical one from Amazon.
Keep this mask in your freezer and when you need to de-puff, lay it on your eyes for 5-10 minutes. It feels so soothing and stays cold for even longer than a facial roller.
